Welcome

Well its 2008 so we thought it was about time we moved with the times and updated our website, first off what we have done is at least replicated everything which was at our previous website, but our major change is that we have also changed our domain name or what you may call our web address to www.acra.org.au, yes we know that www.arwarbukarl.com.au is a hard one to remember.  With this it means that we have also changed our email addresses to reflect this, they will now all be something @acra.org.au, we will still receive emails at the old address for a while.

So whats here, well you can still find the Hunter Valley Indigenous Directory and order those, we are constantly updating the details but we need your help to do so, please let us know if you know of any changes out there for the directory.  We have also just received new stock of the "Identity Poster", we are selling more posters now than ever, anyway have a look in the Products and Services section for what else we have there.

Another big change is that anything and everything to do with Miromaa and Language Technology has moved to its new website at www.miromaa.com.au, this is definately a place you need to visit and bookmark if you are involved with Traditional Languages in anyway, remember that Miromaa is also now available free of charge through our sponsorship program to language centres and language workers.

Whats Coming

We are going to make available a lot of new and exciting things to this website, we will be opening areas to do with Language and Culture specifically to the Awabakal nation, and we are also going to bring a portion of our extensive library online as well.  The main benefit of these areas are to assist children and our youth at school with their Aboriginal studies as this becomes more and more prominent in our education system.  There is more, we just have to remember what they are.
